Mr. Farazad, the esteemed Founder and Chairman of Farazad Group and Managing Diurector of Farazad Advisory GmbH, is widely recognized as a pioneering force within the industry. With a robust foundation in the banking sector, he has consistently demonstrated visionary leadership and innovation. His contributions were honored in 2015 when he was named ‘CEO of the Year for Structured Finance, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA)’ by the IAIR Awards and received the accolade of ‘Best Structured Finance Company 2015’ from European CEO. These awards highlight his exceptional impact on structured finance across multiple regions.
Haraj Soor
Senior Vice President
Mr. Soor serves as Vice President at Farazad Advisory GmbH, where he expertly analyzes investment opportunities and applies advanced financial techniques to craft optimal solutions in Capital Markets. Before joining Farazad Advisory, he worked with a Private Equity firm in Mayfair, where he developed strategic financing plans for real estate investments and managed risk in real estate portfolios through asset allocation across various countries, regions, and property types for a consortium of ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) based in the Middle East.

Mr. Soor holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School, alongside an MSc in Genomic Medicine and a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from University College London. His academic background includes collaboration on specialized funded projects with some of the world’s leading scientists, showcasing his multidisciplinary expertise.
Andrea Sara Tanzi
Investment Analyst
Ms. Tanzi is an Investment Analyst at Farazad Advisory GmbH (Europe), specializing in capital raising and transaction analysis across global markets. She holds a dual Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from institutions in London and Milan, equipping her with a strong academic foundation and a deep passion for sustainable finance and capital markets.
Before joining Farazad Advisory, Ms. Tanzi was part of the Investment Fund Analytics team at Deloitte Luxembourg, where she played a key role in fund valuation, regulatory risk analysis, and financial reporting. Leveraging advanced quantitative methods and data visualization, she provided critical insights to asset managers and institutional clients, ensuring strategic decision-making and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Her expertise in financial modelling, data-driven analysis, and investment strategy makes her a valuable asset to the Farazad Advisory team, as she continues to contribute to the firm’s growth and client success
Hendrik Struik
Investment Associate
Mr. Struik joined Farazad Advisory (Zug) in 2025 and plays a key role in deal review and due diligence for prospective debt transactions. Before joining the company, he led at a U.S.-based multi-family office, where he advised ultra-high-net-worth clients on investments spanning private debt, equity, and venture capital. Earlier in his career, he was a member of the investments team at a U.S.-based pension fund, contributing to the deployment of an average USD 100 million annually across equity and debt markets.
Mr. Struik graduated Magna Cum Laude from Westmont College, earning dual degrees in Business and History.
