Founder & CEO
Mr. Korosh Farazad | Respected Founder and Chairman of Farazad Group and CEO of Farazad Advisory Ltd., is renowned within the industry as a pioneer on several fronts. Over the years, he has established a strong platform within the banking industry. He was awarded by the IAIR Awards as the ‘CEO of the Year for Structured Finance Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA)’ 2015, and awarded with the ‘Best Structured Finance Company 2015’, by European CEO.
Haraj Soor
Vice President
Mr. Soor is a Vice President at Farazad Advisory where he meticulously analyses investment opportunities and deploys modern financial techniques to evaluate and structure the best solutions in Capital Markets. He previously worked for a Private Equity firm in Mayfair, where he formulated appropriate financing strategies for real estate investments and risk management in real estate portfolios through asset allocation across countries, geographies and property types on behalf of a conglomerate of ultra HNWI based in the Middle East.
Mr Soor was awarded an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business and additionally holds another MSc in Genomic Medicine and a BSc from University College London in Biomedical Sciences where he collaborated in specialised funded projects alongside some of the worlds leading scientists.
Iman Cravello
Associate Investment Analyst
Ms. Cravello is the Associate Investment Analyst at Farazad Advisory, bringing extensive expertise in debt financing for buy and sell side opportunities. Prior roles at Katch Investment Group and Mizuho Bank enriched her skills in Real Estate, transaction underwriting, Leverage Finance, and corporate debt transactions. Beginning her career at Altimapa Capital, Ms. Cravello holds two master’s degrees from Edinburgh University and Vlerick Business School, focusing on Capital Markets and Financial Management.
Boyi Shen
Senior Investment Associate
Ms. Shen joined the Farazad Advisory team in October 2022 and has taken on the role of Senior Investment Associate. In her role, she formulates financial reports, conducts analytical research on projects to maximize business value, and is integral in structuring global projects.
Romina Findel-Hawkins
Investment Analyst
Ms. Findel-Hawkins brings her expertise as an Investment Analyst. With a strong academic background and a passion for the industry, Ms. Findel-Hawkins is an asset to our organization.
Ms. Findel-Hawkins joined the company in July 2023, following her graduation from the esteemed University of Bath, where she earned a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Politics. Her comprehensive education equips her with a solid understanding of economic principles and political dynamics that influence the financial landscape.
