Mr. Farazad, the esteemed Founder and Chairman of Farazad Group and Managing Director of Farazad Advisory GmbH, is widely recognized as a pioneering force within the industry. With a robust foundation in the banking sector, he has consistently demonstrated visionary leadership and innovation. His contributions were honored in 2015 when he was named ‘CEO of the Year for Structured Finance, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA)’ by the IAIR Awards and received the accolade of ‘Best Structured Finance Company 2015’ from European CEO. These awards highlight his exceptional impact on structured finance across multiple regions.
Haraj Soor
Senior Vice President
Mr. Soor serves as Vice President at Farazad Advisory GmbH, where he expertly analyzes investment opportunities and applies advanced financial techniques to craft optimal solutions in Capital Markets. Before joining Farazad Advisory, he worked with a Private Equity firm in Mayfair, where he developed strategic financing plans for real estate investments and managed risk in real estate portfolios through asset allocation across various countries, regions, and property types for a consortium of ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) based in the Middle East.
Mr. Soor holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School, alongside an MSc in Genomic Medicine and a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from University College London. His academic background includes collaboration on specialized funded projects with some of the world’s leading scientists, showcasing his multidisciplinary expertise.
Viktor Alwin Tobler
Director of Business Development – DACH Region
Mr. Tobler is a real estate professional with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record in sourcing, structuring, and executing complex off-market transactions. As Director of Business Development, he focuses on hospitality and residential projects in Switzerland, Germany and Austria and has successfully managed mandates with a cumulative transaction volume over CHF 500 million in less than 2-years.
He combines strategic thinking with operational execution and brings solid experience in investor relations, project coordination, and building business partnerships. Early in his career, he took on leadership responsibilities in a growing real estate firm and played a key role in developing and implementing company-wide structures. In addition, he gained technical expertise through active involvement in the execution phase of construction projects in the Canton of Zurich. He is currently completing a Swiss diploma in Construction Planning (Techniker HF).
Mr. Tobler is a native German speaker with good proficiency in English and basic knowledge of Spanish. His professional network spans within the DACH region in real estate markets, particularly in the areas of development, investment, and off-market advisory.
