Farazad Advisory Limited (FA Ltd.) has officially ceased physical operations in the United Kingdom. We have now relocated our physical activities to Zug, Switzerland, and have formally registered as Farazad Advisory GmbH. This move, unanimously approved by the Group, was driven by the significant opportunities we are observing and exclusively mandated across business-friendly environments in Europe, as well as our desire to expand our exposure on behalf of our esteemed clients.

Farazad Advisory GmbH continues to provide professional and bespoke advisory services, specializing in structured and alternative financing opportunities. Our focus extends to key international markets, including Western Europe, the GCC, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. Our services encompass structured debt and equity solutions, corporate advisory, and consultancy, along with market and sector expertise. Managing an active international advisory platform, FA GmbH continues to successfully advise and structure projects, with an existing track record valued at over US$ 5 billion. We have the capability to structure up to 80% of the required capital stack for a particular project, alongside advising on the best possible financing structure. Our advisory services offer impartial advice on the viability of proposed projects and guide our high-expectation clients through the full project funding process to ensure the maximum potential for securing successful third-party funding.
